Samson Moy
Samson is the owner of the gym and a certified strength and conditioning specialist. He is also a licensed massage therapist. He has been in the fitness industry since he graduated from University of Maryland, College Park in 2001 with a B.S. in Kinesiology. He combines his unique skill set and immense knowledge of the muscular system in order to create fitness plans that focus on total wellness. His interests include cross fit, paleo, trigger point and spending time on his farm with his wife, three children and his English bulldog.

certificate through the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA). She developed a passion for exercise later in life, after a health scare and right before her 30th birthday. Since then, she has lost 50+ lbs, reversed a pre-diabetes diagnosis and has embraced a total lifestyle change. Dan YuDan is a certified fitness trainer and fitness instructor through the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA). He has over 8 years experience in training. Dan developed a passion for exercise early in life when he participated in football and wrestling as a teenager.
Today, Dan still possesses that competitive edge and drive and stays up to date with the latest in exercise. Dan specializes in strength training, conditioning, weight loss, High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), functional strength training, injury rehab, prenatal and postnatal exercise. Leo WestLeo is a certified personal trainer through the the National Academy of Sport Medicine (NASM). Leo is also a lifelong athlete and martial artist with highlights including his time as an NCAA wrestler at Alma College and competition experience in both boxing and kickboxing. Leo has 7 years of weightlifting experience and has the privilege of training under a variety of coaches with a variety of backgrounds. Leo's specialties are athletic performance, weight loss, muscular development and injury rehab. Outside of fitness, Leo's interests include listening to music, cooking and spending time with his dog Banjo.
